More Princess Cruise Line visits for St Kitts during 2009-2010 season

Email To Friend Print Version | BASSETERRE, St Kitts (CUOPM): Taxi drivers, tour operators and other stakeholders in the cruise ship industry in St Kitts can look forward to better days ahead as the island continues to attract more cruise ships to Port Zante.
Itineraries released by Princess Cruises show that three of its ships cruising the Caribbean will visit St Kitts for the 2009-2010 season.
The 3,110-passenger Caribbean Princess will sail from alternating seven-day itineraries out of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
It will offer one eight-day Bermuda and Eastern Caribbean sailing from New York to San Juan calling at Bermuda, St Kitts, Antigua and St Thomas, departing October 24, 2009.

The Classic Southern Caribbean route will include stops in St Thomas, Tortola, Antigua, Barbados and St Lucia, while the Southern Caribbean Explorer route stops in St Thomas, Dominica, Grenada, Bonaire and Aruba.
The soon-to-launch, 3,080-passenger Ruby Princess will sail alternating 10-day voyages from Ft Lauderdale, Florida - one to the Southern Caribbean and the other to the Eastern Caribbean.
The Eastern Caribbean Voyager itinerary stops at Antigua, St Lucia, Barbados, St Kitts, St Thomas and Princess Cays, while the Southern Caribbean Medley itinerary calls at Princess Cays, St Thomas, Dominica, Grenada, Bonaire and Aruba.
The 2,600-passenger Grand Princess will sail a 14-day Caribbean Collection itinerary from Ft Lauderdale, Florida that stops in Grand Turk, La Romana, St Thomas, St Kitts, St.Vincent, Barbados, Trinidad, Curaçao and Aruba. The ship also will offer a new 11-day Grand Southern Caribbean sailing on January 4, 2010, calling at Princess Cays, St Thomas, Antigua, Barbados, Grenada, Bonaire and Aruba.
The 1,950-passenger Sea Princess will offer a series of alternating 14-day Caribbean voyages from Barbados.
The Grand Caribbean Adventurer itinerary includes stops at St Vincent, Grenada, Bonaire, Aruba, Grand Cayman, Montego Bay, Samaná, Tortola, St Kitts, Antigua and Dominica.
The Grand Caribbean Islander route feature calls at St Lucia, Trinidad, Grenada, Bonaire, Curaçao, Montego Bay, Samaná, Tortola, St. Maarten, Antigua and Dominica.
During the 2007/2008 cruise ship season the 3,500-passenger Crown Princess and the 3,100-passenger Emerald Princess made several calls to St Kitts. |
