Montserrat reports two fishermen missing

BRADES, Montserrat: On Monday, the Royal Montserrat Police Force (RMPF) Police Commissioner, Steve Foster, announced to the island’s public that two individual residents were missing.

According to RMPF, an investigation is ongoing regarding the missing persons report on Elston Livingston Lee, of Banks, Montserrat, and Ron Kagi Williams, of Antigua and residing in Banks, Montserrat.

Elston Lee is described by the RMPF as a 34 year old male, about 6 feet tall, dark and of slim build. Ron William, formerly of Antigua, is a 26 year old male, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, dark and of stocky build.

Montserrat’s police force report says, “The men were last seen on Sunday, 17 February 2008, going fishing in a greenish blue fiber glass boat with yellow on the inside. We have no information on what clothing they were wearing at the time of their disappearance.”

The RMPF is appealing to anyone who may have seen Elton Lee, Ron Williams, and any other person(s) who may have been with them or know their whereabouts to email the island’s police department at: police@gov.ms
