NEW YORK, USA: Antigua and Barbuda's United Nations Ambassador today concluded arrangements with a New Jersey company on the purchase of six motor cycles for the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda.

UN Ambassador Ashe and Scott Barkey, General Manager of Cross Country BMW of New Jersey, are all smiles as they complete a deal that will see the delivery of six state-of-the-art BMW F650 GS-P Police cycles.
Ambassador Ashe was able to acquire the motor cycles at a significant savings to the government of Antigua and Barbuda.

The six state of the art BMW F650 GS-P police cycles will arrive on island ahead of the country's staging of the Super 8 matches for Cricket World Cup.

Last week Ambassador Ashe was instrumental in securing for Antigua and Barbuda a police command unit which will be first used during the World Cup Matches.
