Email To Friend Print Version | BELMOPAN, Belize: The government of Belize says it has recently discovered that several online gaming websites are claiming to have an online gaming licence from Belize.
All online gaming companies in Belize require licensing under the Gaming Control Act and its Online Gaming Regulations. Online gaming licenses are issued by the Gaming Control Board of Belize to companies of reputable standing and with proven track record in gaming.
The government has issued an advisory to internet users that there are only two online gaming companies with licence to operate from Belize. These are: Fulton Data Processing Limited and Bwin Intercontinental Limited.
According to the government advisory, any other company that claims to have such a licence from Belize is clandestine and users are asked to refrain from doing business with them. |
