CARACAS, Venezuela (AFP): Two buses collided in Venezuela Friday, causing one to burst into flames in an accident that left at least 29 people dead and five others seriously injured, Globovision television reported.
At least 17 people died in the flames, while 12 others died in a hospital near the crash site near Barquisimeto, 250 kilometers (155 miles) southwest of Caracas, said Alfredo Sequera, the regional police's second commander.
