Dear Sir,
Don't know what publicity the Anna Nicole Smith trials get in the Bahamas but hope you will be covering the custody battle between Howard Stern (the man who has possession of Anna's baby in the Bahamas and refuses to allow DNA testing for the baby) and between another man she lived with in Califormia at the time of conception who was told by Anna that he was that father.
Per the testimony, Mr Stern enabled Anna with drugs while she was pregnant with this baby. He was also present when her older son died of a drug-related incident. He was also present in the days leading up to Anna's death and brought medications to her. According to testimony they moved to the Bahamas because the laws there are more receptive to allowing Stern custody. (Anna was feuding with the possible real father at the time.)
If this goes as Mr Stern has planned, control of the money from Anna's estate will go to Stern in order to provide for the baby. What a plan that looks like, and he might get away with it, especially since the Tourism Minister of the Bahamas helped them establish a residency there.
I believe this is going to be a future contention for the Bahamas and tourism from Americans if they don't require the DNA testing to substantiate Mr Stern as the father. I believe Florida testimony has already shown he is not fit as a father figure.
