Make war a crime
Thursday, February 1, 2007
The articles condemning the populist movement in South America are evil hogwash. Imperial colonial policies of the past are trying to continue their devastating tricks on countries under their control. It is a wonderful thing that Chavez and some few others have the courage to stand up for their people. A good dictator is better than a bad president, that we all should know by now. Furthermore, the idea of "democracy" is valid only if the outcome of elections suits the powerful oppressors, as we have seen with the democratically-elected Hamas in Palestine and the elected heads of state in South America. Also, how can a population that is uneducated about the real problems of the world vote for a leader? In the USA leaders are elected that will not work for the voters, millions of American citizens have not enough to eat, no health insurance and many need two jobs to make ends meet. Why the US is so against socialism is because a handful of very rich and greedy people are without morality and love for their fellow citizens. Thanks to the internet we now can learn the truth that in the old days was hidden and is still somewhat difficult to find. I am a seeker of truth and would rather die searching than live in ignorance. The corporate owned media will bombard us with lies about Chavez, with psychotic fear mongering of the Zionists and the global warming catastrophy in the making. Technology for free and clean energy exists, but is suppressed by the cabal of oil profit-making corporations. We live in a world with barbaric leaders, civilisation is still a future dream. Only if a world governement will make war a crime can we look towards a better future. Until then untold suffering of our unknown brothers and sisters continues to shame the souls of people like me. Conserve energy, drive as small a car as possible, waste not a drop of water and not a crumb of bread, so that when your time comes you can say that you did all you could to conserve the planet for our children.
