US is far more corrupt than Suriname
Friday, December 15, 2006Dear Sir:
Desi Bouterese is incorrect when he says that Suriname is one of the most corrupt countries. In fact, the United States is far more corrupt and government officials are masters of the art of deceit. I for one am extremely pleased that Bush is finally considered a lame duck. I am also ecstatic that those crazy Chrisitans who voted Bush into office will shut up and stop talking about things they know nothing about. It is hard to imagine that the United States was founded on the principles of democracy. Indeed I would argue that the United States was created by religion and that religion created the nation state. Linda Petrusi
