The British envoy, who was accompanied by the Honorary British Consul based in St Kitts, Peter Allcorn, also met with the Minister of Physical Planning, Robelto Hector, during his visit.

Following the meeting, Premier Parry said that he was honoured to have met with the British Commissioner and they both exchanged pleasantries and congratulatory remarks.

“What they informed me was that most of their assistance goes through the European Commission but expressed some interest in agriculture.  I do believe that we would have more substantial and important discussions at a later date but right now it was just an introductory meeting,” Parry said.
