Are there ever 'founded' racist remarks?

Dear Sir:

You report that "the CGID has taken Trinidad and Tobago's opposition leader, Kamla Persad-Bissessar, to task over what the Institute says are apparently unfounded, racist comments..."

Would you ask the CGID to provide examples of founded, racist remarks?
