Wednesday, May 18, 2005

EDISON, USA: Vonage, one of the leading providers of broadband phone service, on Monday announced it is expanding its calling packages to include all calls to Puerto Rico.

All Vonage customers, regardless of calling plan, can now reach their friends and family in Puerto Rico free of charge.

“For several months, consumers have been requesting the ability to have calls to Puerto Rico included in Vonage’s calling plans so that they can save money and take advantage of Vonage’s cost-saving, full featured broadband telephony service,” said Jeffrey A. Citron, chairman & CEO of Vonage. “By including Puerto Rico we are now opening up more savings to current and future customers, making Vonage attractive for a broader market than we serve today.”
