Haiti's president-elect leaves door open for Aristide return

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (AFP): Haitian president-elect Rene Preval left the door open Wednesday for former president Jean Bertrand Aristide to return to Haiti from exile in South Africa two years after he was forced from power. Taiwan donates US$500,000 towards redevelopment of Warner Park in St Kitts
