Vietnam military delegation arrives in Cuba

HAVANA, Cuba (AFP): A high-level Vietnamese military delegation headed by Hanoi's vice minister of defense touched down in the Cuban capital Tuesday for an official visit, according to local media.  The minister, Lieutenant General Nguyen Huy Hieu, will tour Cuban military facilities and army units, as well as visiting a military academy.
