North Korean deputy foreign minister visits

HAVANA, Cuba (AFP): North Korean deputy
foreign minister Choi Su Hon arrived in Havana Saturday to meet Foreign
Minister Felipe Perez Roque, the official press said. Choi Su Hon is to
remain in Cuba until Monday, the National Information Agency said. The
two communist countries have had diplomatic relations since 1960. Cuban
President Fidel Castro made an official visit to North Korea in 1986.
