Guyana to be represented at PAHO's regional health caucus

Georgetown, Guyana: Guyana's Minister of Health, Dr. Leslie Ramsammy, will be that country's representative at the 44th Directing Council of the Pan American Health Organization, which gets underway today, 22nd September.  Matters to be addressed include primary health care in the Americas, integrated management of childhood illness, sustaining immunization programmes, the impact of violence on the population of the Americas, and family health.  The caucus concludes on Friday 26th September.
