Montserrat to get first community college

BRADES, Montserrat: The volcano-stricken island of Montserrat will soon have its own community college. Minister of of Education, Health, Community Services and Labour Ms. Idabelle Meade, made the announcement recently, saying, "The Community College tender process has been completed and the contract should go to Galloways and Associates" (local architectural and construction firm headed by Emmauel Galloway)."
