Second hurricane threatens region
MIAMI, Florida: Four days after Hurricane Fabian, the U.S. National Weather Service last night issued a warning regarding another hurricane on the radar.
At 11 p.m. last night, Hurricane Isabel was located 1135 miles east of the northern Leeward Islands in the Lesser Antilles - the chain of islands that includes Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Martinique, Saint Lucia and Barbados.

Bermuda's airport reopens but power still largely out
HAMILTON, Bermuda: Fourteen thousand Bermudans remained in the dark as dusk fell over this British colony last night, four days after Hurricane Fabian blasted the island with 120 mile per hour winds.
But the island's airport opened to receive commercial flights and stores cracked open doors that were shuttered since Friday 5th September, Reuters reported. Still The Causeway, a key road linking the airport to the main island, remains damaged but open to limited traffic.

Guyanese-Saudi a concern for U.S. government
WASHINGTON, D.C.: He reportedly holds passports from Saudi Arabia, Canada, Guyana and Trinidad and Tobago and is considered a threat to US national security. But Mr. Adnan El Shukrijumah, who is half Guyanese but grew up in Saudi Arabia, is still on the loose, just two days before the second anniversary of 9/11.
