St Vincent-registered bank sued in Bermuda

MIAMI, USA: Four civil lawsuits have been filed in Bermuda against Horizon Bank International, which is licensed in St. Vincent & The Grenadines, reports KYC News.
An affidavit filed with the court states that the ownership of HBI, which was formed in Antigua on April 25, 1995 and continued to St. Vincent & the Grenadines on September 14, 1999,
is in dispute.
According to KYC News, directors of the bank have included William Cooper, a US national residing in Antigua who is wanted in the United States, where he has been criminally indicted for alleged money laundering.
