
6,000 cruise ship passengers to visit St. Kitts on Thursday

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts: Over six thousand cruise ship passengers are to visit St. Kitts on Thursday.
The MS “Queen Mary 2” with 2,600 passengers on board and the 1,950 passenger GTS “Summit” will dock at Port Zante, while the “Empress of the Seas” with 2,020 passengers will berth at the Deep Water Port.
The 2,600 passenger Golden Princess visited Tuesday and the 1,582 passenger Aidavita is to visit on Wednesday.
Between Friday 24th December and Friday 31st December, eleven cruise ships with a total capacity of 10,513 passengers are expected to visit St. Kitts.
The Star Clipper with 122 passengers arrives on the 24th; the 684 passenger Regatta on 26th, the 1950-passenger Constellation on its inaugural visit on the 27th, the 116-passenger MS Sea Dream 1 and the 1,375 passenger Zenith on the 28th, the 200-passenger Royal Clipper, the 1266-passenger MS Maasdam and the 1500-passenger Sunbird on the 29th , the MS Century 1 with 1,740 passengers and the 1500-passenger Queen Elizabeth the Second (QE2) on the 30th and the Sea Cloud with 60 passengers on Friday 31st December.
Some 44,873 cruise ship passengers are expected to visit St. Kitts in December.
