Learn to freedive in the Turks & Caicos with Tanya Streeter

LONDON, England: DeeperBlue.net and UK-based
Adventure Diving are offering freediving holidays in the clear blue waters of
the Turks and Caicos Islands with World Champion freediver Tanya Streeter.
These exclusive ‘clinics’ will be held in
October 2004. The 7-day package includes flights, accommodation with
continental breakfast, all transfers, boat fees and 4-days freediving with the
World Champion.
The initial clinic will be aimed at
beginners (i.e. keen Snorkelers and beginner Freedivers) wanting to fine-tune
their breath holding abilities. The course itinerary includes classroom, pool
and open water training sessions. Space is extremely limited for a more
personalised experience. The offer is open to individuals, couples and groups.
The first clinic is planned for the 3rd –
10th October 2004 with more clinics planned in 2005. Price for the 7-day
package will be 1,799 (GBP) per person.
Tanya, who is originally from the Cayman
Islands, has been at the forefront of the sport of freediving for a number of
years and is the only female athlete in sports history to have broken a man's
world record.
