Grenada to issue treasury bills on regional securities market

BASSETERRE, St Kitts: The Eastern Caribbean
Stock Exchange (ECSE) has announced that the Government of Grenada will issue
a 365-day, EC$25,000,000 Treasury Bill via a competitive uniform price auction
using the ECSE Primary Market Platform.
The bidding period will be from 9:00 a.m. to
2:00 p.m. on Monday, 12 July 2004. The minimum bid amount is EC$5,000 and
maximum discount rate offered is 6 % (or $94.00).
Persons wishing to invest in this Treasury
Bill and other upcoming issues should contact a licensed broker dealer in
their jurisdiction. Investors can access the ECSE web site at
www.ecseonline.com for
a listing of all the licensed broker dealers. A copy of the prospectus for the
offering is also available on the ECSE’s website.
