Tuesday, February 10, 2004
BRIDGETOWN, Barbados: The Prime Minister of Barbados Owen Arthur held an emergency cabinet meeting
Monday to examine the issues surrounding the lack of a fishing agreement with its counterpart Trinidad and Tobago.
This move follows the weekend arrest of two more Barbadian fishermen in Tobago's waters for fishing illegally in that country's territorial waters.
Prime Minister Arthur is reported to be very upset over the arrest of the two Barbadian fishermen.
