Trinidad-Tobago appoints new Minister and Vice President of Tourism

PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad: The dual island nation of Trinidad & Tobago recently appointed Howard Chin Lee, Minister of Tourism and Warren Solomon, Vice President of Tourism.
Howard Chin Lee has a diverse career history with experience in tourism, marketing, business and national security. From 1992-1995, Chin Lee served as a member of the board of the Tourism and Industrial Development Company of Trinidad & Tobago (TIDCO). Before his re-appointment as Minister of Tourism, Chin Lee served as the Minister of National Security. Chin Lee holds a Masters degree in International Hotel and Tourism Management from Schuller International University in London.
Warren Solomon is a career tourism practitioner having developed his skills in international marketing and product development. Solomon spent over 10 years in the airline industry and almost 10 years working with national tourism offices around the
world, including until recently the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism. He brings a wealth of experience back to the TIDCO team, where he worked from 1995 to 1999. Solomon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Development Studies and Spanish from St Mary's University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
