Property additions and updates to the "USVI Ice Breaker" promotion

UNITED STATES VIRGIN ISLANDS: The USVI Department of Tourism has released an updated list of properties participating in the new "USVI Ice Breaker" promotion.

Valid for travel January 11 - April 18, 2004, the promotion provides nightly hotel rates starting as low as $105. When travelers book this promotion, they will receive the seventh night of their accommodations free and an American Express travelers cheque worth $50. Winter guests also will receive "winterized" apparel, including an America's Caribbean long sleeve t-shirt and ski cap (one per person, maximum of two sets per booking) to make the transition to cooler temperatures a little easier on the return home. 

St. Croix's properties participating in this promotion now include: The Buccaneer Hotel; Antilles Resorts - Club St. Croix; Antilles Resorts - Colony Cove; Carambola Beach Resort; Chenay Bay Beach Resort; Divi Carina Bay Beach Resort; Frederiksted Hotel; and Sugar Beach Condominiums.

The Westin Resort & Villas St. John is the participating property on St. John. 

St. Thomas' properties include: Best Western Carib Beach Resort; Best Western Emerald Beach Resort; Bolongo Bay Beach Club; Holiday Inn Windward Passage; Marriott Frenchman's Reef; Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina; Secret Harbour Beach Resort; and Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort & Spa. Please note that Hotel Caravelle is not participating in this promotion. 

Travelers must book their reservations for the "USVI Ice Breaker" promotion between December 16, 2003 and March 15, 2004 through a travel agent. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply at select properties.
