ST. JOHN'S, Antigua: Antigua and Barbuda's Curtain Bluff Hotel has been listed as one of the two best all-inclusive resorts in the world.
Forbes Business Magazine in its October 16 edition listed Curtain Bluff Resort and Wakaya Club in Fiji as the most comprehensive all-inclusive resorts where all meals, wine and water sports are included in their vacation packages.
According to Forbes Magazine, booking a stay at Curtain Bluff removes much of the hassle associated with a vacation, because guests know exactly what they will be paying for.
It also noted that guests at Curtain Bluff Hotel are presented with menus that are free of dollar signs, which helps guests forget about the outside world, which is what a vacation is supposed to do.
Curtain Bluff is located on the southern tip of Antigua sprawled on two beaches. It has 73 rooms decorated in standard Caribbean mode - tiled floors and wicker furniture.
Everything from wine to cigars is included in the price, as well as water-skiing, scuba and snorkelling trips with staff providing instructions.
Also listed with Curtain Bluff Hotel as the World's Best All-inclusive Resorts are Chateau de Noizay in France, Hotel Spendido in Italy and Petit St. Vincent Resort in the Grenadines.
