
Lower fares to the Bahamas on several airlines

NASSAU, Bahamas: Travelers to the Bahamas who plan and book their air-inclusive vacation packages can now take advantage of the Companion Flies Free Offer, which allows two people traveling together to purchase one airline ticket to the Bahamas and get a companion ticket for free. Travel to Nassau/Paradise Island must be booked by Nov. 30, 2003 and completed by Feb. 8, 2004.
The Companion Flies Free Offer is valid on new bookings only to Nassau/Paradise Island from Atlanta, Boston, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Newark, New York/ LaGuardia and Philadelphia aboard US Airways, and air bookings aboard Continental Connection from Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. In addition, a reduced companion fare is available from other major U.S. gateways.
The offer applies to two individuals booking a hotel package together - there will be no subsidy offered to single travelers. Bookings must be for a minimum of four nights from the Northeast and a minimum of three nights from Florida. This offer is not combinable with any other promotion and holiday blackout periods apply.
In addition, American Airlines is offering travelers to various Bahamas gateways including Freeport, Nassau/Paradise Island, Marsh Harbour and George Town, roundtrip fares starting as low as $111. Travelers must purchase tickets on the American Airlines website www.aa.com by Nov. 19, 2003 for travel completed by Mar. 31, 2004.
