Caribbean Star sponsors regional sports

ST JOHN'S, Antigua: Caribbean Star Airlines is expected to move approximately 100 swimmers and supporters from Grenada, Dominica, St. Vincent and Antigua to St Lucia for the OECS Championships next month.
The Airline also moved several regional netball teams to participate in the Helen of the West Netball Festival. The Netball Festival is a sports tourism event hosted by the St Lucia Netball Association in conjunction with the St Lucia Tourist Board.
Sandra Scotland, Marketing Director for the airline confirmed that they have moved over 44 players and team officials to St Lucia for the event. Scotland added that the airline is committed to supporting regional culture and sports. Emphasis is placed on sports, as it is an avenue for our youth to develop not only their physical skills but also their social, emotional and mental agility.
