MIAMI, USA: Palace Resorts has announced the opening of the new five-star all-inclusive, Grand Bay Palace - formerly Renaissance Grand Beach Resort - in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
"Today, we are fulfilling one of our long term goals, extending our renowned high quality all-inclusive resorts outside of Mexico and throughout the Caribbean," said Roberto Chapur, President of Palace Resorts, "We are now able to invite our clientele to a new exciting destination."
Grand Bay Palace is located on 26-acres overlooking Smith Bay. It features 290 cabana-style rooms with private balconies and most with an ocean view. The resort has been converted from a European plan to an all-inclusive property. Amenities include individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV, mini-bars, and a coffee maker in every room. Rooms for the physically challenged are available.
Grand Bay Palace also features 5,645 square feet of meeting space with breakout rooms and pool terraces. A business center is also available, offering computers with Internet access, fax and copy machines.
All-inclusive packages include accommodations, taxes and gratuities, all meals and snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, non-motorized water sports, and nightly entertainment. Wedding packages are also available.
