Showdown in Red Stripe semi-finals today

KINGSTON, Jamaica: Headliners Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago, will clash at Sabina Park in the final Zone match today.

Leewards Champions will take on Guyana in their Zone B final at the Antigua Recreation Ground. 

Meanwhile, yesterday, the Leewards made quick work on Canada at the Melbourne Cricket Club in the penultimate game of Zone A.

The Leewards scored the second highest total in the Zone thus far, getting up to 265 for seven from their 50 overs. Canada initially made a combative challenge but then fell quickly in the end for 180 all out from 46.4 overs to lose by 85 runs, CMC reports indicate.

And in Antigua, champions Barbados booked their place in the semi-finals when they overcame a determined West Indies Under-19 side by three wickets in their last Zone B match at the Antigua Recreation Ground.
